- What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We use a variety of materials including brass, gold plating, platinum plating, semi-precious gemstones, cubic zirconia gemstones and pearls. Each product description on our website provides detailed information about the materials used.
- How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend:
- Storing it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
- Avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals.
- Cleaning it regularly with a soft cloth.
- Do you offer custom designs or personalized jewelry?
No, we don’t offer custom designs yet :(
- How do I find my ring size?
We sell 3 ring sizes, US 6, US 7 & US 8. To determine your size please see the following chart and follow these instructions-
Method 1: take a ring and keep it on a ruler and check the diameter and cross check it with our chart to see what ring fits you.
Method 2: take a string and wrap it around your finger, once it wraps around once check the length of the string and compare it to our circumference from our chart.

- What is your return and exchange policy?
We don’t entertain returns or exchanges, however if the product is damaged upon arrival a full refund can be processed after picture proof is sent.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, orders are processed within 10-15 days as the jewelry is made on order. Standard shipping within India takes 2-5 business days.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please see our International Shipping page] for more information.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment online.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Rupay), PayPal, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), COD and other secure payment options.
- Do you offer gift wrapping services?
No, not at the moment. :(
